The city's scenic location makes it a major tourist destination. Visitors come for the city's gardens, Stanley Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, VanDusen and the mountains, ocean, forest and parklands surrounding the city. Each year over a million people pass through Vancouver on cruise ship vacations, often bound for Alaska.
The city is the most populous in Western Canada and has been developing rapidly since the 2010 Winter Olympics held in Whistler. Vancouver's stable economy comforts the investors and leads them into safer investment circumstance. Aside from this, many over sea investors also pay their very large interest in Vancouver, because of its best social welfare system, higher quality of education.
